Account management

I have successfully negotiated with more than 250 clients, including small, medium and large businesses. I perform the functions of an account manager with many clients, developing joint projects for more than 15 years.

Project architector

I’ve compiled and coordinated with clients more than 100 functional specifications for 100+ pages, including the development of large and high-load web portals and applications.

Back-end developer

For some time (about 15 years) I was engaged in back-end development with the Node.js + Express + MongoDB & PHP + MySQL stack. I’ve received a Node.js, Strapi & Bitrix developer certificate. I’ve implemented more than 70 successful projects.

QA

I have a solid understanding of testing processes and techniques, which helps me interact with Q&A engineer during a Bugfix stage.

Project Management

I have led and am leading almost all projects in the web studio, I organize and control the entire development process from negotiations with the client to the launch of the finished project.

Perfectionism

I love to decompose everything and do all tasks as good as possible. This applies to both the planning and development processes, regardless of the conditions and budget of the project. I pay attention to details. I take every project and every task as a personal challenge.

Responsibility

I complete all tasks according to deadlines even if they require overtime work. I prefer to be a little ahead of schedule in order to work at a comfortable pace. I have a rich and successful experience of working with advertising agencies (with their eternal burning deadlines). Clients who work with me do not leave (or return soon) even if they receive an offer with lower rates from competitors.

Decisionmaking

I cannot say about myself that I am a pure performer. I like to understand the details of the project and offer alternative solutions, including possible upsell and cross-sell features. I calmly make decisions and bear responsibility for their implementation. I'm not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them.

Team Leadership

I have more than 10 years of experience in managing a development team of 5-15 people. I am responsible for tasks, monitoring the progress of their implementation, solving their problems and coordinating the entire team.

Efficiency

I don't like meetings for the sake of meetings. I always set certain goals and objectives and devote time to their solution. I try to optimize all processes to achieve maximum results.

Self improvement

I love to be in the flow, communicate with new people and learn modern approaches and trends in web development. Every free minute I study something new in development or management.

Freedom lover

I am quite a free-spirited person. It is difficult for me to fit into a strict schedule or severe restrictions in my work. At the same time, I approach deadlines and tasks very responsibly and do not allow myself to let down the customer and the team.
